About Huntley Gravity Park
Huntley Gravity Park in Bella Vista is a downhill-focused jump-and-berm zone tucked inside the Little Sugar trail system. It was built by Gravity Logic, the crew behind the Whistler Mountain Bike Park, and it’s where local riders go to session gravity features and level up their skills.
Trail details
The zone is made up of five downhill trails with green, blue, and black options, so there’s a line whether you’re just getting comfortable in the air or you want steep, fast terrain. Berms and jumps are the whole point here, and the trails are meant to be ridden top to bottom.
- Trails: five gravity lines, green to black
- Style: downhill-only, built around berms and jumps
- Surface: machine-built dirt with shaped features
- Best for: riders working on jumps, drops, and downhill flow
The park / where it is
Huntley sits within Little Sugar in Bella Vista, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville. There’s no chairlift here, so you get back to the top by pedaling up Little Sugar’s climb trails or by shuttling. Because the gravity lines are fast, pedestrians are not allowed on Tango Whiskey, Air-Raid, Invasion, Rendezvous, or Shock-N-Awe. Use the Little Sugar trailheads (Blowing Springs is a common one) to access the area.
Connected & nearby trails
Huntley pairs naturally with the systems around it.
- Little Sugar is the system Huntley lives inside, so you can warm up on flowy cross-country trails and cool down on them too.
- OZ Trails Bike Park is the nearby chairlift-served park if you’d rather ride a lift than climb between gravity laps.
- Bella Vista Back 40 is close by when you want a longer pedal-powered day.
Know before you go
Come with a bike that can handle jumps and a full-face or at least a good helmet, and know that you’ll be climbing or shuttling for every run. Respect the pedestrian bans on the fast trails, and scout the jump lines before you send them so you know what’s a table, a gap, or a step-down. Little Sugar drains well, so conditions here hold up better than a lot of NWA dirt after rain.
Frequently asked questions
Is Huntley Gravity Park beginner-friendly?
There’s a green (beginner) downhill line, so newer riders can start there, but the zone is built around berms and jumps and gets advanced fast. It’s a great place to build gravity skills as long as you pick a trail that matches your level.
Is it really downhill-only?
The five gravity trails are meant to be ridden top to bottom. You reach the top by pedaling up Little Sugar’s climb trails or shuttling, then drop in. It’s not a loop you pedal in both directions.
Are hikers allowed on the trails?
No. Because of the fast, downhill nature of the riding, pedestrians are not allowed on Tango Whiskey, Air-Raid, Invasion, Rendezvous, or Shock-N-Awe. Hikers should stick to the surrounding Little Sugar and nature trails.
How is this different from OZ Trails Bike Park?
OZ Trails Bike Park is chairlift-served, so a lift carries you up. At Huntley you get to the top under your own power or by shuttle. Both are gravity-focused, but Huntley sits inside the Little Sugar system in Bella Vista.
Where is Huntley Gravity Park and where do you park?
It’s inside the Little Sugar trail system in Bella Vista, about 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville. Park at a Little Sugar trailhead such as Blowing Springs and ride in to reach the gravity zone.
