About Little Sugar Trail System
Little Sugar in Bella Vista is one of the biggest and most rewarding mountain bike systems in Northwest Arkansas, with roughly 40 miles of trail open and a plan to reach about 50. It’s known for holding up in wet weather and for scenery you don’t get everywhere: a waterfall, creek passages, and pipe tunnels.
Trail details

The park / where it is
The system spreads across the north side of Bella Vista and is designed as an outer loop with interior trails woven in, passing lakes, caves, and creeks along the way. It’s marketed as the area’s go-to all-weather system thanks to drainage that beats the nearby Back 40. Blowing Springs Park is the main gateway trailhead, with parking and amenities on site, and the Huntley Gravity Park downhill zone lives within the system.

Know before you go
This is a climbing-heavy system, so come with fitness and gearing for it, and carry water and a snack for longer loops. It’s the best local pick after rain, but still let the dirt dry out before riding so you don’t tear it up. Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes are generally welcome on Northwest Arkansas trails, but check the current OZ Trails and Bella Vista POA rules to be sure. Pull up a trail map before you start so you can plan a loop that matches your legs.
